Shipping and Packaging Instructions

  • Securely package and insure your item(s) for shipment, as you will be responsible for the shipment until it reaches us.
  • Once repaired, we will contact you to arrange the return delivery.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping and delivery fees, but we will not charge taxes for the repair services.
  • Watches and customized pieces (e.g., those with additional stones or metals added) are excluded from this warranty policy.
