DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, SO ARE OUR SERVICES. IF YOU EVER FIND DEFECTS IN OUR PRODUCTS, WE FEEL THE UTTER RESPONSIBILITY TO FIX IT FOR YOU. IF YOU FIND LOST STONES ON YOUR PIECE, WE CAN ALSO HELP YOU REPLACE IT. WE WILL SEND YOU AN INVOICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE STONES. SIMPLY DROP US AN EMAIL AT INFO@GVCONLINE.COM TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND A DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PRODUCT.WE WILL CONTACT YOU PROMPTLY FOR THE DELIVERY OF YOUR PIECE(S).

PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS OF OUR STAFF TO ARRANGE THE DELIVERY. PACKAGE AND INSURE YOUR PIECE(S). YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPMENT UNTIL IT IS DELIVERED TO GENEVIEVE COLLECTION. ONCE YOUR PIECE IS FIXED, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO RETURN IT. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF ALL DELIVERIES FEE BUT RELATED TAXES. KINDLY NOTE THAT WATCHES AND PIECES WITH EXTRA MATERIALS ADDED (E.G. STONES, METAL) ARE EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY POLICY.
