  • Orders are handcrafting within 2 to 7 business days after they are placed. Processing times for personalized or customized items (e.g., rings or family jewelry) may take 7–14 business days due to additional craftsmanship requirements.
  • Orders placed before the daily cutoff time on business days (Monday through Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after the cutoff will begin processing the next business day.

Note: If your shipping and billing addresses differ, additional verification may delay processing.


2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
