You can mail us the item and simply have to pay for shipping and Geneveive Collection will pay for the return (only limited to Hong Kong, for international customer return shipment fee will apply)

In Genevieve , every single piece is crafted individually and uniquely , we understand that each piece has it’s own characteristic,  If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection, our experienced crafters will examine and repair. However, If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, you will be notified if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

While our manufacturing warranty and complimentary service applies, the followings which is not manufacturing defects will not be covered under our lifetime warranty service.

- Bent, caught or worn out prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage.
- Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
- Resizing
- Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals

(However, we can still offer our customer a repair service at a discount rate, please contact us and send in the item for appraisal, our professional team will let you know the extra charges for such repair.)
